Our clinic space has been designed with wellbeing in mind. Nestled in one of our peaceful paddocks, the counselling room is filled with natural light, comfortable furnishings, and calming views of horses grazing against the backdrop of native bushland. This environment creates a gentle sense of connection with nature while providing the comfort of a private, indoor space.

For those choosing telehealth, you can access the same high-quality therapy sessions from wherever you are. Our secure online counselling platform makes it easy to connect with your practitioner, ensuring continuity of care and flexibility in your schedule.

Experienced, Person-Centred Practitioners

Sessions are available with both male and female counsellors and psychotherapists. Our team draws on modern, person-centred, and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring that therapy meets you where you are, with respect and compassion. Many clients seek us out for Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which we integrate with a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs.

Creative & Flexible Therapeutic Tools

Counselling doesn’t always mean talking. How does Online Therapy Work?

 

Online counselling is a popular alternative for those located remotely, who travel often or work challenging hours. Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Male and female practitioners are available for these sessions along with out of hours options.
